THE ORDER OF AURIS

1. Daily maintenance of elevators

■ After the owner’s elevator installation and acceptance, it will enter our company’s 12-month product warranty service period.

During the product warranty service period, we will regularly send professional maintenance personnel to the owner’s elevator site for patrol maintenance. The maintenance cycle of each elevator will be controlled twice a month. Maintenance personnel submit a report on elevator maintenance to the owner every three months. For some elevators with special requirements for the owner’s operating time, our company will fully consider the owner’s arrangement in terms of maintenance time. If there is a problem with the product warranty period, our company personnel will correct it within 24 hours after receiving the notice. Before the end of the product warranty period, our company will conduct a comprehensive inspection and test for the owner’s elevator free of charge, and correct the problems found for free. During the product warranty service period, we will provide 24-hour telephone duty service for the owner’s elevator.

After signing the elevator maintenance contract

After the owner signs the maintenance contract with our company, we will regularly send professional maintenance personnel to the owner’s elevator site for patrol maintenance. The maintenance cycle of each elevator will be controlled twice a month. For some elevators with special requirements for the owner’s operating time, our company will fully consider the owner’s arrangement in terms of maintenance time. Provide 24-hour elevator emergency maintenance services for the owner. Free annual safety inspection to correct problems found at a discounted price.

2. Spare parts supply

■ Within the shelf life of the product

For the owner’s elevator, our company will replace the damaged elevator parts under normal use free of charge. At the elevator use site, we will also prepare some commonly used wearing parts to be available at any time.

■ In Terms of technical training 

Arrange professional maintenance engineers to provide free technical guidance and training for the owner to train two maintenance personnel.

■ After the product warranty period

After exceeding the product quality warranty period, the supply of spare parts ensures the continuous safe and high-quality operation of the building elevator. After signing the maintenance contract, our company will provide elevator parts damaged under normal conditions at preferential prices for the owner’s elevator. After signing the maintenance contract, some parts will also be prepared to be used as needed.
